Welcome to Parna Varna. By accessing or purchasing from parnavarna.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Products & Customisation

Our gift hampers are handcrafted, and many are customised or made to order. Because they are made by hand using natural materials such as jute, slight variations in colour, texture and finish are natural and are not defects. If a listed item is unavailable, we may substitute it with an item of similar or higher value that keeps the theme of the hamper. You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, messages, logos and other personalisation details you provide; we reproduce them as submitted.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to accept or decline any order.

3. Corporate & Bulk Orders

Corporate, wedding and other bulk orders are confirmed against an agreed quote, quantity and delivery schedule. Custom branding and large quantities may need additional lead time.

4. Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are delivered by email to the recipient and are redeemable towards eligible orders on Parna Varna. Gift cards are subject to the validity period shown at purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Parna Varna, including product designs, photographs, text and branding, is owned by Parna Varna or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. You retain rights to the content you provide (such as logos or messages) and grant us a limited licence to use it to fulfil your order.

6. Limitation of Liability

Parna Varna is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
